Luke J. Archer has years of experience practicing law, and his practice focuses on management-side labor and employment law and government contracts law.  He earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his bachelor’s, magna cum claude, from Rhodes College.  Luke is licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
