Summer Associates

Praemia Law is seeking law clerks for the summer of 2022 to assist attorneys in the firm’s labor relations, employment, litigation, and government contracts law practice in Northern Virginia. Law clerks at the firm do challenging work in sophisticated matters and get real-world experience. Qualified candidates must be on schedule to complete their second year of law school by May 2022. Strong writing, research, analytical, and teamwork skills, reliability, and a desire to realize the firm’s vision are required. Corporate/M&A/Tax Partner

Praemia Law is growing, and the firm seeks a full-time or part-time, partner-level attorney to provide corporate, M&A, and tax-related legal services to its business-oriented client base. Praemia offers a flexible work environment, competitive salary, and robust benefits.
